I enjoy the reflection writing gives me. Whether I am writing about my day, an event, or something totally made up, writing allows me to slow down and reflect as my vision turns into words. It allows me to process and think of the reasoning, the cause and effect of what I am writing about. It gives me deeper perspective almost like an investigator looking deeper for the next clue. At the end of the day writing lets me release everything that needs out and my pad gives me the safest places to let it all out.
